RED Camp is over already...I don't know what to say...I'm speechless. I just feel that time 'flies', especially when you are enjoying good times. hahah. why?:( Day 1 in RED Camp was great! We went to different schools like Film and Media Studies, Humanities, Life Sciences and Health Sciences. All the schools were great, that is why I'm a little doubtful.:P I really like Mass Communications because I enjoy being an emcee, but after looking at how much fun it is to work with children in Early childhood education and take care of babies in health sciences, I'm starting to have second thoughts.:( heheh. I always have problems making decisions.:P hahah.Anyway, on the first day, I unexpectedly won a 10 dollars Metro vouncher. I didn't expect it at first. I was sitting there with my head leaning on my hands and I thought that it was extremely hard to win something, especially with so many people in Vikings. So luckily, my name was called and I went...BLANK. hahah. Yanling was the one who helped me realise and I couldn't have won it without her.:) thanks so much. We too learnt new cheers and they were really original. Another funny thing happened...Abigail so happened to be standing behind the emcee, Matthew, during the first day of lunch and Evelyn and I waved to her but the emcee started walking over...then I said "We were waving to our friend". oops...I should have seen that coming.:P Really sorry. heh. That day, I was also really looking forward to the mass dance but they showed us a demonstration first.:)Second day: We went to the School of Business and Accountancy. I know I'm not cut out for business so it has never crossed my mind. However, I had a fabulous time over there making new friends and designing our stamp. It was another lucky day for us when we got the 3rd prize. I really want to thank my friends for giving me the Harry Potter stamps...I love all of you.:D We also learnt the mass dance nearing the end of the day. I love the mass dance alot. hahah. I like the songs very much as well. The songs were from 'Hairspray' and 'High School Musical'...both were great musicals. Everyone is really enthusiastic and we had truckloads of fun!:D heheh.Third day: it's the final day of RED Camp. It's really sad. I'm really sure everyone enjoyed themselves throughout the three days and the camp had never failed to lift our spirits up after the gruelling O'levels.:) We also had CCA experience.:D I loved it too. hahah. I went with Cheryl and Evelyn for the Hiphop dance. It was extremely cool. My first time trying real hiphop even though I'm a dancer...heheh. It was a great experience.:) I love the feeling when the music and dance course through my veins...so it's my dream to be a dancer. We practised our cheers for the cheer competition and I could practically feel my throat hurting after the cheering...hahah. Then came the mass dance and breaking of the Guiness Book of Records by having everyone to stand still for one minute. We really DID it! I'm so proud...:D we too saw the end of the skit and jumped about. hahah. I was on the brink of tears when they played this song from Anastasia:(At the Beginning)We were strangers, Starting out on a journey.Never dreaming what we'd have to go through.Now here we are. hahah...the song is great, right? I like it alot. The words are simple but meaningful.:) okay...back to day 3 of RED Camp...We had Zouk Out at Ngee Ann Convention Centre, only for RED Campers, but I didn't really fancy it. Friends were like teasing me...heheh. They were wondering why I'm a dancer and I can't dance these kind of dance. Sorry, I prefer the proper dancing.:) hahah. After staying in there for a while with loud music and flashes of light which were almost blinding my eyes, we came out. I almost cried lah. We decided to take pictures instead.:) At least I find taking pictures better...hahah.
